Logistics Consulting Firm

Your freight operation, engineered to cost less and run tighter.

Global Logistics Management LLC helps companies plan, manage, and optimize how freight moves — from carrier selection and routing to warehouse flow and full operations audits.

We are a consulting firm, not a carrier. We don’t own trucks or warehouses — we design the strategy, negotiate the structure, and manage the details so your freight operation performs like it should.

What We Do

Consulting services across the whole supply chain

Six focused practice areas. Engage one, or hand us the whole operation to assess and rebuild.

Logistics Consulting

End-to-end advisory on your logistics operation — network design, vendor structure, shipping policy, and the day-to-day decisions that quietly drive freight spend up or down.

Supply Chain Planning & Strategy

Forward-looking plans for sourcing, inventory positioning, and distribution networks — built around your volumes, your customers, and where your business is growing next.

Freight & Transportation Management

Oversight of your freight program across truckload, LTL, parcel, and intermodal — mode selection, tendering, shipment visibility, and exception handling, managed for you.

Carrier & Route Optimization

We analyze your lanes, rates, and service levels, then restructure carrier assignments and routing so every load moves on the right carrier, the right lane, at the right price.

Warehousing & Distribution Consulting

Layout, slotting, labor flow, and 3PL selection for your warehouse or distribution operation — so product moves through the building faster and orders ship right the first time.

Operations Audits & Cost Reduction

A line-by-line audit of freight invoices, accessorial charges, contracts, and processes. We find the leaks — billing errors, wrong rate classes, redundant fees — and recover the margin.

How We Work

A four-step engagement, no guesswork

Every engagement follows the same disciplined path — so you always know what we found, what we recommend, and what it’s worth.

STEP 01

Assess

We dig into your freight data, contracts, invoices, and workflows to map how your operation actually runs today — and where the money leaks.

STEP 02

Plan

You get a concrete plan: target rates, carrier and lane structure, process changes, and projected savings, prioritized by impact and effort.

STEP 03

Implement

We put the plan into motion — renegotiating, re-routing, re-setting systems and SOPs — working alongside your team so nothing stalls.

STEP 04

Optimize

Freight markets move, so we keep measuring. Ongoing reviews catch rate creep and new opportunities, keeping the savings in place quarter after quarter.

Industries Served

Built for operations that ship every day

Retail & E-Commerce

Parcel and LTL programs that keep up with order volume — rate structures, carrier mix, and fulfillment flow tuned for delivery speed and cost per order.

Manufacturing

Inbound materials and outbound finished goods, planned together — so production schedules and shipping schedules stop fighting each other.

Construction

Jobsite delivery coordination for materials and equipment — flatbed and specialized freight planned around build schedules, not against them.

Distribution

Network and warehouse strategy for distributors moving high SKU counts — inventory placement, transfer freight, and outbound programs that scale.

About the Firm

Advice that’s on your side of the table

Global Logistics Management LLC is a logistics consulting firm based in Dallas, Texas. We work with companies whose freight operation has outgrown spreadsheets and gut feel — and who want a specialist in their corner before they sign the next carrier contract.

Because we are consultants and not a carrier, our advice is never steered by assets we need to fill. We don’t earn more when you ship more. We look at your lanes, your invoices, and your warehouse the way an owner would — and we recommend what we’d do if it were our money.

Engagements range from a one-time operations audit to ongoing freight management. Either way, the work starts the same: with your data, on your side of the table.

Common Questions

Before you ask

Are you a carrier or a freight broker?

No. Global Logistics Management LLC is a consulting firm. We don’t own trucks or warehouses and we don’t haul freight. We advise on, plan, and manage your logistics operation — your freight moves with your carriers, under a structure designed to work in your favor.

What does an engagement look like?

It starts with an assessment of your freight data, carrier contracts, and workflows. From there you receive a written plan with specific recommendations and projected savings. If you approve it, we help implement the changes and then review performance on an ongoing basis.

What size companies do you work with?

Our clients are typically growing companies that ship regularly — enough freight volume that rates, routing, and process discipline meaningfully affect the bottom line. If you’re not sure your volume justifies an engagement, the assessment will tell us both.

Do you only work with Texas companies?

We’re based in Dallas, and freight networks are national by nature. Most analysis and management work is done from your shipping data, so we can work with operations anywhere in the United States.

How is pricing structured?

Every engagement is scoped individually after the initial consultation — a one-time audit is priced differently from ongoing freight management. Request a consultation below and we’ll outline the scope and cost before any work begins. No surprises, no obligation.
